Call for additional information. Please ask about our free layout service for assistance in planning your event. RESERVATIONS We welcome your advance reservations to insure availability. Advance deposits may be required for items of limited supply. Advance deposits for tents are non-refundable unless the tent is re-rented. Any changes or adjustments to your reservation must be made 48 hours before scheduled delivery time. Upon delivery, please count and check your items before unpacking. Please call our office at that time if there are any discrepancies. PAYMENT Payment is due before delivery to a customer. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Local checks are accepted with a valid drivers license. All charges are for time out, whether used or not. Prices subject to change without notice. Prices based on payment within terms. SERVICES Minimum order for tailgate delivery is $50. Delivery charge is $75.00 and up based on zip code. Delivery beyond tailgate and setup or knockdown are available at an additional charge and must be arranged in advance. After hours delivery and/or pick up is available at an additional charge. We will make every effort to accommodate your request for an AM or PM delivery or pick up. AFTER YOUR EVENT All china, silver, and utensils must be food free and repacked. Linens must be refuse free and dry to prevent mildew. There will be an additional cleaning charge per cloth for all tablecloths with candle wax. Tables and chairs must be knocked down and folded, unless other arrangements are made prior to delivery.

Order Policy

Normally, a 50% deposit is required to hold all orders and may be refunded if the order is cancelled prior to picking and loading your order. All tent reservations require a 50% deposit per tent, which is not refundable unless the tent is re-rented following cancellation. Dance floors require a 50% deposit, again, not refundable unless the floor is re-rented. Deposits for events falling in special time frames (The Kentucky Derby Festival, 4th of July, Christmas, etc.) may not be refundable.
