Reservation Policy


Normally, a 50% deposit is required to hold all orders and may be refunded if the order is cancelled prior to picking and loading your order. All tent reservations require a 50% deposit per tent, which is not refundable unless the tent is re-rented following cancellation. Dance floors require a 50% deposit, again, not refundable unless the floor is re-rented. Deposits for events falling in special time frames (The Kentucky Derby Festival, 4th of July, Christmas, etc.) may not be refundable.
