We recognize and
appreciate the fact that every event is different. For
this reason, we offer a free layout service for
assistance in planning your event. We use a program
called FloorPlan3D by IMSI to do an exact scale plan of
practically any indoor or outdoor space. We can then
insert tables, chairs, dance floors, and other items
exactly where you want them to be placed within your
event space. This process allows you, our client, to
visualize how you want your event set up and enables us
to set up the event more efficiently. Our rental
